Becky Moore

As a homeschooling mom of 3, beginner homesteader and plant medicine maker, Becky has many passions; none of which are Bookkeeping! She does however enjoy creating and editing written content for Silkstone’s social media and website. It seems that her degree in English and Communications has come in handy after all.

 

Some might say that Becky is a little crunchy; living on a 100 acre farm with 3 busy kids, 2 puppies, 2 cats, 5 rabbits, 2 turkeys, 1 rooster, 20 hens, a huge garden, and growing apothecary, but she prefers to think of it as living simply. Don’t mistake simple with easy though, it is anything but. 

 

As the wife, (actually there hasn't been a wedding but wife sounds better than girlfriend when you’ve been together for 12 years and have 3 kids, right?) of a business owning husband, Becky is equal parts supporter, and grounding force. One minute she will be cheering Travis on and the next she is tugging him out of the clouds and back down to earth. 

 

When Becky isn’t doing any of the above you can find her on her yoga mat, journalling, reading, killing house plants or riding dirt bikes and snowmobiles with the family.
